Sausage and Potatoes (Oil Fried)
Basic soul food recipe that takes only 2 ingredients and minimal time

Steps
● Set stove top burner to medium
● Fill a large pan about half way with vegetable oil and put on the burner (If you know how much would cover all of the ingredients, that will suffice instead)
● Cut potatoes into halves or quarters and place one into the oil
● Once the potato in the oil pan begins to bubble drop the rest of the potatoes in the pan
● Slice the polska kielbasa into 1/4 inch discs
● Pour the sausage into the pan
● Stir occasionally and continue to cook until the potatoes are soft and can easily be cut through with your cooking utensil

Small Potatoes x 1 1/2 lbs
Pork Polska Kielbasa x 14 oz
Vegetable Oil x 2 quarts
