Marinara Sauce
Home made marinara sauce with a really deep and warm flavor. Highly recommend

Steps
● Chop the shallots
● Add shallots and olive oil and a pinch of salt to a big sauce pan over medium heat until slightly translucent
● Make a hole in the middle of the onions and put a big squeeze of tomato paste directly on the surface
● On that put a bit of garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and Italian seasoning
● Let the tomato paste fry for a bit then mix it into the shallots
● Add your garlic in along with two cans of peeled whole san marsano tomatoes, and a cup of chicken stock
● Stir it infrequently and break up the tomatoes a bit
● Bring the mix to a simmer (uncovered to reduce down faster)
● Keep it simmering for around 4 hours to reach the desired thickness
● If it becomes too thick, add additional chicken stock and mix before reducing it down to the desired thickness
